At Syuti Katha, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please adhere to our exchange policy outlined below:

1. Eligibility:
• Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
2. How to Exchange:
• Contact our customer service team at syutikatha@gmail.com / WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery .
• Provide your order number, item(s) to be exchanged, and the reason for the exchange.
3. Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
• Use the original packaging or a suitable alternative to ensure safe return.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items:
• Clearance items, custom orders, and undergarments cannot be exchanged.
5. Inspection and Approval:
• Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval of the exchange.
• This process may take up to 7 business days.
6. Exchanges Only:
• This policy covers exchanges only. If you require a refund, please contact us via email or whatsapp.
